The Dunedinsys office is located at 142 Victoria Street, Hamilton 3204, and is open Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 (closing 16:30 on Fridays). Telephone enquiries are welcome on +64 7 839 4400 during office hours. For written enquiries, please use the contact form on this page or email info@dunedinsys.online directly. If you are contacting us regarding admissions for the upcoming February 2026 intake, please mention your programme of interest in your message so that the correct faculty member can respond. For media and partnership enquiries, please address your email to the attention of the Director of Academic Affairs.

Admissions enquiries
Questions about programme fit, application requirements, fee schedules, or the admissions timeline. Our admissions coordinator typically responds within four business hours during the open-application period (August to November).
Current student support
Academic concerns, timetable changes, or pastoral matters should be directed to your named academic advisor in the first instance. If you have not yet been assigned one, contact the main office and we will resolve this within one working day.
Employer partnerships
Hamilton and Waikato region businesses interested in hosting Dunedinsys students for capstone projects, live briefs, or post-graduation roles are encouraged to contact us. We work with approximately 30 partner organisations each year and are always open to new relationships.
